Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book an appointment, purchase a membership, or use this website. Booking a session means you accept them.

1. Who we are

Susan Lê Spa, Massage ("we," "us," "Susan Lê Spa") is a licensed massage business operating from 7019 New Sacto Way, Sacramento, CA 95824, and providing mobile massage service in the surrounding area. Contact: (916) 915-4149.

2. Nature of services

We provide therapeutic massage only. Services are non-sexual in nature. Any request, comment, or behavior of a sexual nature will end the session immediately, the full fee will be charged, and service will be refused permanently. This is not negotiable.

Massage is not a substitute for medical care and nothing said during a session is a medical diagnosis. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician.

3. Appointments

All sessions are by appointment. Book through the online calendar, or by calling or texting (916) 915-4149. An appointment is confirmed once you have selected the modality and the duration.

Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end as scheduled; late arrival shortens the session rather than extending it, and the full fee applies.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• To reschedule, text as soon as you know. We will always try to find another time.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be charged the full session fee.
• If we must cancel, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund of anything already paid.

5. Pricing and payment

Current prices are listed on our website and may change. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you pay for that session.

Single sessions

Single appointments are paid at the time of service by cash, Zelle, or Cash App. Payment is due at the end of the session unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Memberships

Memberships are paid by card through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card number; Stripe does. See section 6.

Mobile service and travel

Mobile service is free within 15 miles of the studio. Beyond 15 miles, travel is charged at $2.00 per mile for the distance beyond that first 15 miles, measured from the studio by the most direct driving route. The travel charge is quoted to you before the appointment is confirmed.

For mobile appointments, you agree to provide a safe, clean, private space with room for the massage table, and reasonable access and parking.

6. Membership terms and automatic renewal

• Each membership includes one session per month at the level described on the membership, plus member pricing on any additional sessions.
• The included monthly session does not roll over to the following month if unused, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Memberships are personal to you and may not be transferred or shared without our agreement.
• If a payment fails, we will contact you and may pause membership benefits until the payment is resolved.
• If we change membership pricing, existing members will be given at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies, and may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Refunds

Completed sessions are not refundable. If something about your session was not right, tell us — we would rather make it right than have you leave unhappy. Membership charges are not refundable for months already used, but you may cancel future renewals at any time as described above.

8. Your health information

You agree to tell us about injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or anything else relevant to your safety before the session begins, and to speak up during the session if anything is uncomfortable. We may decline or modify service where massage would be unsafe.

9. Our right to refuse or end service

We may refuse or end a session, and charge the full fee, if a client is intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, has a contagious condition, or if we believe the environment is unsafe. Mutual respect is a condition of service.

10. Website use

The content of this website — text, images, the logo, and layout — belongs to Susan Lê Spa and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep the site accurate, but prices and availability can change; nothing on this website is an offer that binds us until an appointment is confirmed.

This site links to third-party services including Calendly, Stripe, Google Maps, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability arising from any session or from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here on the date of your booking is the version that applies to it. Material changes affecting memberships will be notified to members in advance.
